Arabian Hills Real Estate Development Company is the name behind the Arabian Hills Estate project in Abu Dhabi. Though new, it has garnered attention with an AED 22 billion development spanning 244 million sq ft. Aligning with Abu Dhabi’s 2030 vision, the firm prioritises sustainable design and abundant amenities, creating an integrated community with its own schools, clinics, equestrian facilities and parks. It also offers open freehold ownership to all nationalities – a rare feature – and blends lagoons and wellness resorts into a natural setting.
A key strength of Arabian Hills’ developer is the partnership behind it. Core International’s real estate arm (ARA) oversees development while Dubai-based DECA Properties manages sales and marketing. This collaboration brings seasoned expertise (DECA’s leadership alone has 50+ years in the industry) and is guided by veterans like Aamad Jalil of DECA. Although a newcomer, the company has bold plans to extend its luxury sustainable communities beyond this launch, with projects eyed across the UAE and Europe
