Confirmation of the Buyer, Concluding the Agreement
Depends on the choice of the buyer, we prepare the sale and purchase with the seller (if favourite unit is from the secondary market stock) or we are managing sale from the developer (if the unit is on the primary market from the developer's side). Collect Your Verification Documents
If you have bought a ready-to-move-in unit, we will register the deal with the Dubai Land Department and get you the title deed. If you have bought an off-plan property, we will submit all the signed contracts to the developer and follow up with them to get your OQOOD (interim title, replaced by a title deed once the project is finished).

If you have bought a ready-to-move-in unit for end-using purposes, we are happy to offer you design of your unit and furnishing services. If you are the investor and planning to rent out your unit, we can provide property management.
