St. Regis The Residences, a highly awaited residential project by Emaar Properties, one of the world's top master developers, is set to transform the famed Downtown Dubai cityscape. According to the master plan, the premium building will consist of two 40-story towers with a total of 402 ultra-refined units when it opens in Q1 2022.
