Muraba

Muraba

Muraba is a Dubai developer with a simple brief: create architecture that feels calm, precise and built to last. The company is led by founder Ibrahim Al Ghurair, whose stated mission is to treat property as a way to deliver “life-enhancing works of architecture,” not just square footage. That philosophy runs through the brand and its collaborations with world-class designers.

Muraba’s name first travelled worldwide with Muraba Residences on Palm Jumeirah—designed by RCR Arquitectes, the Pritzker Prize 2017 laureates. The building’s low-density plan, glassy elevations and rigorous detailing have been widely profiled in global architecture media, reinforcing Muraba’s “less, but better” stance.

The next chapter scales the idea without losing the craft. Muraba Veil, a 73-storey, ~380-metre super-slender tower approved with Dubai’s RERA, keeps one-apartment-per-width proportions and layers in wellness, culture and greenery—an urban sanctuary concept by the same RCR studio. A sister concept, Muraba Dia, continues the emphasis on privacy, light and sea-city views. Together they show a pipeline that is ambitious but tightly curated.

What differentiates Muraba: a founder-led design ethos, partnerships with award-winning architects, and disciplined, low-density living that ages well and supports long-term value. The brand remains UAE-focused, with projects anchored in Dubai’s prime corridors
