Gardenia Bay is a project developed by Aldar located on the borders of Yas Island offering its residents waterfront living and a natural holistic atmosphere by incorporating greener and sustainable materials throughout the design. Gardenia Bay maintains a balance between contemporary designs and nature using Green Building Technology, Efficient Water Fixtures and Sustainable Materials. Gardenia Bay is the coolest place on Yas Island due to dense foliage offering nice shade. Gardenia Bay has some notable amenities such as access to the beach with its own Beach Club, Private Cinema, fully equipped Spa, Fitness Trail and Yoga Pods.

Gardenia Bay consists of 4 different buildings named; Iris, Orchad, Rosa and Ivy and offers Studios to 3 Bedrooms with or without maid rooms with an open and airy design blending the outside and inside emphasising the connection between the environment outside and architecture within.
