1) Title Deed document (for ready projects) and Oqood certificate (for projects that are under construction);
2) Copy of owner’s passport.

 

After receiving these documents, we will be able to get a unique NOC number from RERA. Without this specific Permit Number we won’t be able to list a property online.

 

The next step is to know the selling price of the property. If you find it difficult to define the price, we recommend you trust our CMA analysis. This is a kind of “research” that our property advisors will conduct to analyze existing similar offers in the market. Based on a comparative analysis, we can recommend you the real market value of the property.

 

Usually, the “asking” price is always higher than the real market price, so we urge you to be realistic and think about whether you want to sell it faster or you can wait for the right moment or probably you can offer your property on short-term rent. In an off-market (private market), we usually sell high-cost property, mostly commercial objects such as entire buildings, hotels, plots. We have a database of high-profile clients to whom we can offer your properties without advertising or official announcements.
Nevertheless, during active communication with potential buyers we will need to have property documents, such as Title Deed (or Oqood), building permits (for land). If you have a video or photo – it will be a great help. If there is no visual content, we will arrange photo/video shoot.
