Our agency was established in 2021 in the most dynamic and energetic city of the world – Dubai. Our company’s mission can be described as client-centered service. Our main task is to understand the client’s property need and fulfill it with the maximum benefit / profit for the client. Professionalism, market knowledge and care of the client are essential. We are working with clients who have solid investment reasons and patience, and who are taking into consideration advices of our professionals.
We do understand that every client, whether he is an end user or investor, has his own investment plans. But due to the lack of knowledge or experience, their plans might be a failure. One of the main reasons is that real estate market has its own characteristics, in each country. For instance, one investment plan may bring highly profitable results in one country, while in UAE the investor may achieve nothing significant. That is why are aiming on people who can understand such differences, and correlate their investment ambitions with our vast experience in UAE real estate industry.
You will not find 100s of agents, in our agency. We are not interested on hiring new people again and again. The name of our agency is Al Hayat Almushreqa, which means “bright life”, in Arabic. This is how we see a real estate here, in Emirates…it always represents bright life and bright opportunities. That is why our company name speaks for itself. But to be honest, the company name is just an official part of it. What truly matters is people who are working with the clients and their excellent service.
