Imperial Avenue

Shapoorji Pallonji's latest project Imperial Avenue is located in the heart of Dubai. The 45-story building's architecture has certain interesting features. Three towers of varying heights make up the nicely curved building. They form a monolithic building with a three-level podium that is unique. A 929 square meter lobby is located on the first floor (10,000 sq. ft). The grounds are above that, with planting and seating. The residential floors follow. Since September 2016, the project has been in progress. The façade has already been completed, and interior finishes have begun as of May 2021.

Imperial Avenue contains 424 properties in total:

Apartments with 1-4 bedrooms;

On the podium, there are six villas with three to five bedrooms;

On the higher levels, there are eight penthouses with panoramic views of the sea and city.

A novel infrastructure has been constructed in this multi-story apartment development. The two skyscrapers have landscaping pools on their roofs.

Residents have access to the following:

■ a sauna;

■ a gathering place

There are five levels of parking, stores, and an ATM in the complex. The home offers a 24-hour concierge service with the appropriate staffing levels for a comfortable stay.
