Mr. C Residences Jumeirah is an ultra-luxury project by Alta Real Estate Development that will be completed in Q4 2021. The development has 27 limited edition 3-6 bedroom penthouses with open-plan layouts that overlook the Dubai Water Canal and the Persian Gulf. Mr. C Residences Jumeirah is set to open in Q4 2023 and was designed by a group of internationally recognized architects and designers, including Bernardo Fort Brescia of Miami-based company Arquitectonica and Will Meyer of New York City-based design studio Meyer Davis. The 40-story building's exterior is influenced by the natural curves of desert dunes and ocean waves, while the interiors of the apartments are themed after a superyacht design.

Meanwhile, the branded residences' living areas range from 3,080 to 11,328 square feet. A maid's room with an adjacent bathroom, a summer kitchen, and a private elevator will be included in each penthouse. Residents will also have access to private terraces with plunge pools and private roof gardens, which are ideal for unwinding after a long day. Italian cabinets will be used in the kitchens, along with terrazzo and quartz worktops. At the same time, the automated smart home system would enable residents to easily regulate the air conditioning, lighting, sound, curtains, terrace pool temperature, and bird defense. Mr. C Residences' penthouses also come with a smart key and a parking entry, allowing for remote parking. There will be no public passageways in the development to protect residents' privacy.
