Six Senses The Palm is a new milestone for the ultra-luxury hospitality group, which was created in 1995. It is the first Six Senses hotel and branded homes in the UAE. The highly awaited building, which will open in Q1 2022, will include a 60-key hotel and 162 luxurious homes on the famed Palm Jumeirah. Interested purchasers can choose from a limited number of 2-4 bedroom penthouses, duplexes, sky villas, and beach villas. Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas will manage the entire project, which is expected to be completed in Q4 2024. Select Group and Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC) are in charge of its development.


Six Senses The Palm will be comprised of four buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet: a hotel, a penthouse building, and 1-2 buildings with duplexe houses. Each building will feature an underground parking entry, and villa owners will have separate private parking at their disposal. Meanwhile, the development's architectural idea, both inside and out, is inspired by coral, with undulating shapes, rooflines, and cellular facades that pay homage to its natural shape and beauty. The goal of this unusual design is to produce not just a distinctive appearance, but also an outward-looking habitat that is shielded and shaded from the scorching sun.

The ultra-refined apartments will be surrounded by finely maintained leafy areas, dedicated running tracks, padel and tennis courts, as well as a micro farm, combining sustainability and wellness. There will also be a small number of opulent 5-bedroom villas, each with its own own garden, infinity pool, and palm-framed vista of the gorgeous coastline.

Six Senses' wonderful focal point The Palm is a lush Zen garden complete with small jebels (hills), courtyards, and valley trails. It will function as an activity centre where inhabitants of the complex can play badminton and football, as well as practice yoga for their well-being. It will be accessible by stepping-stone paths, tunnels wrapped in native beach flora, and bridges. Not to mention the natural ponds and big Wadi boulders that can be found around the Six Senses The Palm property, as well as the palm groves where individual hammocks can be stretched. The branded project will feature swimming pools and sundecks surrounded by undulating native flora, giving it a resort feel.
