Shams

The Town Square residential community's eighth phase is Shams Townhouses. There will be 220 modern townhouses in the newly launched complex, with living areas ranging from 2,100 to 2,300 square feet. The three and four-bedroom homes will be fashioned in a contemporary style and will have plenty of open space.

The Shams residential complex is developed by the Nshama Group, and the Town Square neighborhood is the developer's showpiece project. Shams Townhouses are currently under development, with an estimated completion date of the third quarter of 2024.

The Shams Townhouses residential complex is located in the southwestern portion of the emirate of Dubai, at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road, providing inhabitants with convenient access to various areas of the city. A 30-minute drive will get you to Al Maktoum International Airport, while a 50-minute trip will get you to Dubai International Airport. Layan, Mudon, Arabian Ranches 2 and Remraam are all nearby districts of Sham Townhouses. It will take roughly 30 minutes to drive to Dubai's central sector, which includes Downtown Dubai and the emirate's primary business hub, Business Bay.

The Shams Townhouses complex is part of the Town Square neighborhood, which is a self-contained community with about 32,000,000 square feet of space. Residents of the townhouses benefit from a high level of protection in Shams because the complex is gated. Residents can take advantage of Town Square's well-developed infrastructure and numerous amenities, including a Starbucks, KFC, Spinneys grocery, children's playgrounds, a recreational park, the Town Square Cinema, tennis court, retail shops, parking, and much more.

Plantation Equestrian and Polo Club, Trump International Golf Club in DAMAC Hills, and Hamdan Sporting Complex, which organizes various sports events and frequent international competitions, are all within a 10-15 minute drive of Shams Townhouses.
