Elevate Developments is a UAE-based real estate arm of One Group, founded in 2025. It is positioned as a lifestyle-led luxury developer emphasizing wellness, community and purpose. The brand’s debut project is the Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences – a Dh1.8 billion ($500 million) beachfront development on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island, done in partnership with Ennismore (Mondrian’s owner).

Elevate is backed by One Group’s track record ($2.5 billion in global real estate deals) and a reported AED 4 billion+ development pipeline (about $1 billion) in the next year.
