Stefan Hummel

Stefan Hummel is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in healthcare and real estate. He is a qualified nurse, holds a degree in Social and Healthcare Management, and is trained as a palliative care specialist. Since 2006, he has owned and actively managed an ambulatory care service in Germany.
Stefan entered the German real estate market as an investor in 2012. Since 2020, he has also been active in the UAE real estate market. As an active real estate investor, he has personally acquired and successfully flipped several properties in Dubai.
After moving to the UAE in 2021, Stefan continued to manage his business in Germany while making the UAE his main place of residence. He also has hands-on experience in both short-term and long-term rental investments in Dubai.

In addition to real estate, Stefan is active in cryptocurrency, particularly cloud mining and trading. In his free time, he enjoys calisthenics, horse riding, cycling, hiking, and travelling to discover new countries and cultures.
